If you attended the Greater Raleigh Alumnae Chapter's IRD and would like to share some of your favorite photos, please send them to [email protected].
Some of the photos from IRD can be found here. Michelle, Jamie and I are thrilled to have such a good group joining us for IRD this Saturday! As you know, we will in a private room at The Pit in downtown Raleigh--I have included a menu below to get your taste buds ready :)
Important: There is a festival starting at 12noon taking place on Davie Street that will block direct driving access to the The Pit. I have included an attachment on parking suggestions for your convenience, but keep in mind that all locations will have a light 2-3 block walk. If you are concerned about the distance, please email me directly as I am happy to shuttle groups from the parking deck at 412 S McDowell Street if needed. IRD will begin promptly at 11:00, so please don't be late. We look forward to seeing all of you! On Saturday, April 6th, 2013, the Theta Omicron chapter welcomed twenty five amazing ladies into our Alpha Gamma Delta family. In the largest sorority recruitment Western Carolina University has ever seen, Theta Omicron reached chapter total on bid day. From bid day on, we watched as they found their homes in Alpha Gam, learning quickly and eagerly about our organization and the Purpose upon which we are founded, and we are proud to say that each and every one of the women we welcomed into our family earlier this semester became one of our sisters yesterday. We are eager to see this much energy come into our chapter, and cannot wait to see all of the amazing things that are done as a result of that infectious energy! Read the story of a sister living with diabetes, a highlight of an alumnae group and information about a new Fraternity program, all in the Alpha Gamma Delta Foundation’s recent issue of the Columns newsletter. Check it out!
Dear Sister,
We are grateful for the valuable skills and expertise that so many sisters willingly share with the Fraternity. While our volunteers give of their time and talents, our hope is that we are also providing opportunities to grow leadership potential among our membership. If you are interested in serving on the Volunteer Service Team and haven't submitted your application yet, please remember applications are due April 10. To learn more and apply, visit these links:
If you have any questions please contact Lisa Straiton Williams, Alumnae Specialist, at[email protected] The members of International Council recognize that our members are the Fraternity’s greatest assets. We look forward to hearing from those of you interested in seeking a Volunteer Service Team position by April 10, 2013.
